Most of what keeps a plant or company running day-to-day never touches the ERP. Maintenance requests, IT tickets, supply orders, quote tracking, vehicle bookings, onboarding steps — they live in scattered emails, personal spreadsheets, and verbal handoffs between departments.
The result is familiar: disordered communication between departments, non-uniform procedures that vary by team or by person, and information that's distributed but never connected. Onboarding takes longer than it should. Nobody has real visibility into performance or where time is actually going. Requests get lost. And most of it still runs on email — chased, forwarded, and eventually forgotten.
Rather than fitting your operations into a pre-built tool, we design and build a custom digital layer around the specific cross-department procedures you actually run — connected to your existing ERP and systems, not replacing them.
Every AS 360° build follows the same working method, applied to your specific processes:
The scope is yours to define — from a single automated workflow to a full internal operations layer spanning ticketing, resource booking, timesheets, quote tracking, and more.

AS 360° isn't tied to a specific industry — it's built around internal processes that exist in every organization, whatever sector they operate in.
We apply this same approach to our own operations — running AS Hellas's internal ticketing, timesheets, resource booking, and quote tracking on AS 360°, connected to our ERP.
We've also built it for clients outside our own Business. For a premium transportation and hospitality services company, we developed a cloud-based application that automatically generates and sends driver vouchers from a daily transfer schedule — eliminating manual voucher creation entirely, with automatic dashboards and reporting by driver, month, and hotel. The engagement has since grown into a second phase, expanding the platform with multi-level user permissions, direct in-table editing, and parallel schedule management.
