Like every year, we recently completed the 2020 customer satisfaction survey. This survey is of particular importance to AS HELLAS. We strive to get better every year. That is why we need honest evaluation and criticism from our customers.
With a step-by-step structured questionnaire, we ask them to rate us in all the stages involved in our collaboration. From preparing an offer to completing a project and offering after-sales support, we ask them to evaluate us and if possible, to offer their suggestions. Their insights are valuable to us in our quest to better meet their needs and requirements.
This year, to show them our appreciation, we filled the school bags for our little friends at “The smile of the Child” shelter house in Foinikas, Thessaloniki.
In this way, not only does their opinion count, but it also makes children smile!
