AS Automation System Hellas representatives participated in the 1st International Convention, “Evaluating best business practices & encouraging entrepreneurship by applying innovation” that was organized by the Observatory for Regional Innovation & Entrepreneurship of Central Macedonia and the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (F.I.N.G.) on the 10th and the 11th of December 2004 at the “Macedonia Palace Hotel” at Thessaloniki.
A variety of interesting conclusions and propositions were deducted by the end of this convention, basically concerning the development of both the entrepreneurship and the innovation levels at the region of the Central Macedonia and explicitly at the area of Thessaloniki. The great majority of both the speakers and the participants agreed on the necessity of introducing, adapting and establishing new technologies in order to encourage the competitiveness not only of the big but also of the small and medium sized Greek companies.
