The Building Automation sector of AS HELLAS has participated in the “BACnet Airport Conference”  held at Frankfurt Airport on the vital issue of Energy Efficiency of buildings and the challenges of the Digital Age.

The BACnet protocol plays a vital role in the technical management and is the cornerstone for achieving specific objectives in Building Automation projects. In an ever-increasing number of airports, BACnet has become the key factor in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of their buildings.

As airport buildings are required to serve increasingly large volumes of travelers, the issues and ‘best practices’ analyzed in the Conference were particularly crucial for this sensitive and vital sector of the economy.
